Unexpected Nighttime Disturbances
The location was convenient for us, and the room was clean upon arrival. Staff were friendly at check-in and breakfast.
However, being placed next to the pantry led to a sleepless experience due to annoying noises throughout the night.

Clean rooms and accommodating staff were the highlights of my stay. Yet, I was disappointed to find tea and hot water unavailable during the first two mornings, limiting my breakfast experience. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the outside could use some tidying up. An honest but average experience overall.

Everything was top-notch during our stay, with spotlessly clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast that stood out from the usual hotel offerings, making it our favorite experience while discovering the nearby Westgate Park and enjoying delicious meals at local favorites like Moe's Southwest Grill and Cold Stone Creamery.

Great staff and comfortable stay
I had a fantastic experience during my stay, with Jamie at the front desk being incredibly accommodating despite my early check-in request. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to refresh after a long drive. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was genuinely friendly throughout my stay. However, I believe the hotel could improve by enhancing the breakfast selection a bit more.
